Black Lives Matter

Getting Started: Welcome

On May 25, 2020 George Floyd, an African-American man, was murdered by Minneapolis police.

With the understanding that silence condones this kind of hateful violence, this guide is a working collection of resources relative to the Black Lives Matter movement and related topics with the goal of ensuring that our Library patrons -- the students, staff, faculty, and community of Sul Ross State University -- understand why #BlackLivesMatter.

What's in this guide:

  • Library Resources
  • Campus Resources
  • Internet and Social Media Resources
